Earthroot is named for its earth-rooted, elemental presence. She has a wide, grounded body, a gently flared neck, and a surface that honors subtle irregularities. The exterior cracks shown in the photos do not go through the vessel, and are considered character features consistent with organic clay art.
Hand-built with black stoneware coils, which fires black with light specks in most lights, but sometimes looks very dark brown. The interior is glazed clear. Watertight.
Measures approximately 16.5”W x 15.5”L x 9.5”H, 17 pounds.
